The application, Bench, holds projects, phases and roles on one Gantt timeline where unfilled roles are flagged, dates and allocation segments can be dragged, and bulk changes shift phases and roles together. Each person carries an internal resume of job history, skills, certifications, location and availability, which is what Smart Suggestions and Bridgit AI read when they propose someone for a role; a map view adds driving distance, and time off feeds availability. Forecasting models workforce demand against the project pipeline, so the effect of winning a bid on staffing shows up before the contract is signed. Communication runs through the same system as assignment alerts by SMS or email, announcements and notes on a person's profile. Data comes in from CRM, HRIS, ERP, project management and warehouse systems through prebuilt connectors, and there is a documented REST API plus an MCP server for connecting live data to outside AI clients. Where is Bridgit data stored?

Bridgit Bench runs on AWS in North America, with all customer data stored in the United States: hosted on the west coast across multiple availability zones, with disaster recovery infrastructure in the central US. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up continuously and replicated across availability zones. Bridgit holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification and states it holds no other security certification at present.

Can Bridgit data be used from another AI tool?

Yes. Bridgit publishes an MCP server that implements the Model Context Protocol over HTTP, so an MCP-compatible AI client can connect to it and ask questions about the workforce without switching tools. Inside the product the same data drives Ask Bridgit, custom reports and agents that propose teams or summarise staffing changes, with the user confirming each proposed action.
