DeepL Write is the writing assistant in DeepL's language suite, separate from its translator: it takes text that is already written and reworks it for grammar, punctuation, phrasing, style and tone rather than drafting from a prompt. It covers English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, offers tone options such as friendly, enthusiastic and diplomatic alongside purpose-built Business, Academic and Casual writing styles, and proposes word and sentence alternatives to click through. Style rules let an organisation replace scattered style guides with one set of rules applied automatically to every suggestion.
