Overview
Affinity is a CRM built for private capital firms: venture capital, private equity, investment banking, asset management, family offices and accelerators. Its premise is that nobody logs anything by hand. Every email, meeting and calendar interaction across the firm is captured automatically, records are enriched from external sources, and the strength of each relationship is scored from that history, so a partner can see who in the firm already knows a target company. On top of that sit deal pipelines, analytics, a mobile app and Affinity's own agents.
Our take
The automatic capture is what this is worth paying for, and it only pays off in a firm where the relationship graph is the asset: in a dealmaking team, knowing that a colleague met a founder two years ago is the whole job, while in a normal sales team it is a nice extra over a pipeline that costs a twentieth as much. That is also the fair warning, because the price is quoted per seat and per year from four figures up, with no monthly option published, so this is a decision a firm makes once and lives with rather than something a team tries out. The AI layer follows the same logic: agents that brief a partner before a meeting are useful precisely because the underlying data arrived without anyone typing it.

How we check reviews
Reviews are not published yet. The form on a tool's page works and reaches us, but nothing from it appears on this site, so no score here is based on a review. The rules below are the ones that will apply once reviews go live.
Every review is read by a person before it appears. We require a working email address and use it to come back to the author, so a review has a reachable sender rather than being anonymous. We publish positive and negative reviews alike, we pay nothing and offer nothing for a review, and we accept none that was bought or incentivised.
What we cannot do is verify a purchase. There is no shop here and no account, so whether the author really used the tool rests on what they tell us, plus the plausibility of what they write. We say so rather than implying a check that does not exist.
A vendor cannot have a review removed, cannot buy one, and cannot have one changed. Paid placement and a paid listing have no effect on which reviews appear or on any score.
