Overview
Plus AI is an AI assistant that works inside Google Slides and PowerPoint instead of in an editor of its own. It generates a deck from a prompt or a document, inserts single slides, and rewrites, translates or remixes existing ones into new layouts, so the result stays a native Slides or PowerPoint file. A browser app can generate a deck too, but editing happens in the two slide apps. Every plan is paid and priced per user, after a 7-day trial.
Our take
Plus AI is for people whose slides have to end up in Google Slides or PowerPoint anyway, usually because a company template or a client expects the file there: it works on the deck in place rather than in a separate editor you export back from. If you would rather design in a web editor of its own and publish a link, a tool such as Gamma fits that habit instead. Mind the plan line before buying, since document upload begins on Pro and the brand setup on Team, so a solo Basic user is prompting from text alone.
