Overview
Bitrix24 bundles a CRM with the wider toolkit a small business runs on: tasks and projects, an online workspace with chat and HD video calls, a website and store builder, and a contact center. Within the CRM, leads, contacts, companies and deals move across a Kanban board through multiple sales funnels, with automation rules, triggers and BI Builder dashboards. Its pricing is unusual, a flat rate per plan rather than per seat. A free plan serves up to two users, and a self-hosted edition ships with full source-code access.
Our take
Bitrix24 is the choice when the CRM is only part of the problem and the alternative is paying for four tools; a company that already runs its chat, files and project boards elsewhere is buying a lot it will never open. The flat per-plan price is what makes it interesting, because a growing team stops being punished for adding people, but it cuts the other way too: a five-person company pays for headroom it does not use. If a focused pipeline tool is all that is wanted, pick one instead, because the breadth here costs time to learn.

How we check reviews
Reviews are not published yet. The form on a tool's page works and reaches us, but nothing from it appears on this site, so no score here is based on a review. The rules below are the ones that will apply once reviews go live.
Every review is read by a person before it appears. We require a working email address and use it to come back to the author, so a review has a reachable sender rather than being anonymous. We publish positive and negative reviews alike, we pay nothing and offer nothing for a review, and we accept none that was bought or incentivised.
What we cannot do is verify a purchase. There is no shop here and no account, so whether the author really used the tool rests on what they tell us, plus the plausibility of what they write. We say so rather than implying a check that does not exist.
A vendor cannot have a review removed, cannot buy one, and cannot have one changed. Paid placement and a paid listing have no effect on which reviews appear or on any score.
