Overview
Creatio is a CRM suite sold as three products on one platform: Sales covers lead and opportunity tracking, pipeline management and revenue forecasting; Marketing covers multichannel campaigns, audience segmentation and lead nurturing; Service covers ticket and case management with omnichannel support across email, phone, chat and social. All three share a central contact and account database intended as a single view of a customer, and the same workflow automation for follow-ups, data entry and approvals. What sets the suite apart from a standalone CRM is the no-code platform underneath it, which is what customers extend when the standard object model does not fit. AI runs through the products as lead scoring, recommendations, sentiment analysis and automated case routing, and as agents that prepare meeting briefs, draft proposals and build emails and marketing content. Integration is over OData 4 and OData 3 REST services, alongside a DataService for custom payloads; email connects by IMAP and SMTP, Google mail, calendar and contacts are supported directly, and telephony connectors cover Webitel, Asterisk, Cisco Finesse, TAPI, CallWay, Infinity and Avaya. It runs in Creatio Cloud or on-site. Platform plans are Growth, Enterprise and Unlimited, with single sign-on from Enterprise upwards and the Growth plan carrying resource caps; Unlimited drops per-seat limits entirely and is priced by the scale of the organisation.
Best for mid-market and enterprise teams whose sales, marketing or service processes need reshaping rather than configuring, and who want that done on the same platform the CRM runs on.
Creatio makes most sense for an organisation whose processes will not survive contact with an off-the-shelf pipeline, because the platform underneath is the actual product and the three CRM apps are the worked example of what it can build. That is also the commitment being made: a suite you extend is one somebody has to own, and the no-code framing lowers the skill needed without removing the need for a person. The plan boundary is worth reading closely rather than the plan names, since the Growth tier carries hard resource ceilings on process executions, API calls and roles that a busy deployment can reach well before anyone expects to upgrade. Budgeting is the awkward part: the entry plans are per seat while Unlimited is quoted against the size of the organisation, so the two are not comparable on a spreadsheet and the crossover point has to come from the vendor.

FAQ
- What is the difference between Creatio's Sales, Marketing and Service products?
- Sales handles lead and opportunity tracking, pipeline management and revenue forecasting. Marketing handles multichannel campaigns, segmentation and lead nurturing. Service handles ticket and case management with omnichannel support across email, phone, chat and social. All three sit on the same platform and share one contact and account database, and all three are included in the Unlimited plan.
- Can Creatio be run on our own servers?
- Yes. Creatio is offered as Creatio Cloud and as an on-site deployment.
- What are the differences between the Growth, Enterprise and Unlimited plans?
- Growth and Enterprise are per-user plans. Growth carries resource ceilings of 50,000 business process elements a month, 10,000 OData API calls a day per full user licence and 50 organisational or functional roles; Enterprise raises or removes those and adds single sign-on. Unlimited is priced against the size of the organisation instead of per seat and removes the per-user limits on users, agents, applications, workflows, custom objects and API calls.
- How does Creatio integrate with other systems?
- Over OData 4 and OData 3 REST services, with a DataService for transferring custom data to the back end. Email connects by IMAP and SMTP, Google mail, calendar and contacts are supported directly, and there are telephony connectors for Webitel, Asterisk, Cisco Finesse, TAPI, CallWay, Infinity and Avaya.
