Overview

My Hours is project time tracking software from Spica International in Ljubljana, aimed at teams that bill their work. Time goes in through a spreadsheet-style timesheet, a stopwatch, an Excel import or the mobile and desktop apps, and it lands against unlimited clients, projects and tasks with billing rates set per user, project or task. Around that sit budget caps with alerts, target hours per person, a submit-and-approve workflow, auto-locking periods and an audit trail. Our take

My Hours is defined as much by what it leaves out as by what it does: the vendor positions it as tracking without surveillance, so there is nothing here that watches a screen, which makes it an easier sell to salaried professionals who still need defensible hours behind an invoice. The approval workflow and locked periods are the real reason to pick it over a plain timer, and five free seats make it a realistic starting point for a small consultancy rather than a teaser. Two things to weigh before committing: SSO sits behind an Enterprise plan with no published price, and the whole design assumes billable project work, so a shift-based or attendance-driven workforce is not what it was built for.
