Overview
Rydoo is a travel and expense platform covering the path from an employee submitting a claim to the reimbursement and the export into an accounting or ERP system. The mobile app scans a receipt and fills in merchant, amount, date, VAT, country and currency, mileage is calculated from a map, and per diems are generated from official rates. Compliance is the part the vendor leans on hardest, with official tax, per diem and mileage figures for more than 80 countries. Pricing is per user per month across four plans.
Our take
Rydoo earns its place when expenses cross borders. A team filing claims in one country under one tax regime will find plenty of cheaper tools, but the moment per diems, mileage rates and VAT rules differ per employee location, the maintained country data is the product, and getting it wrong is a tax problem rather than an inconvenience. The plan ladder deserves a careful read before signing, because two things most buyers assume are basic sit high up: API access and SFTP only start on Business, which needs 30 active users, and the AI audit that reviews claims automatically only arrives on Enterprise at 50. Smaller teams therefore get a capable, compliant expense app but not the automation the marketing leads with. Note also the shape of the product: this is travel and expense, not a finance suite, so customer invoicing and the general ledger stay wherever they already are, and accounts payable is a separate add-on rather than part of the plan.

Approved expenses export to accounting and ERP systems, with QuickBooks, Xero and Exact Online integrations from the Pro plan and connectors for SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and DATEV, plus PDF and Excel exports and customisable export templates on every plan
- Expenses and receipts
- Yes, and this is the core of the product: mobile receipt scanning that fills merchant, amount, date, VAT, country and currency, unlimited expense submissions, mileage from a Google-integrated map, per diems from official rates, automated reconciliation of Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Corner Card and AirPlus transactions, and optional Rydoo virtual and physical expense cards

- Reports and exports
- Yes, real-time visibility of expenses as they are submitted, PDF and Excel exports with customisable templates on every plan, scheduled exports from the Business plan, and the Insights management dashboard on Enterprise for spotting anomalies, finding cost savings and forecasting upcoming expenses
- Integrations and API
- Yes, API access from the Business plan, documented at developers.rydoo.com, alongside SFTP for maintaining master data and exporting expense data to an ERP, and an official MCP connector that lets Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants search expenses, approve or reject claims, look up trips and manage cards over OAuth under the user's existing permissions

FAQ
- What does Rydoo cost?
- Essentials is 8 euros per user per month billed annually or 10 billed monthly, and Pro is 10 euros annually or 12 monthly. Both start at 5 users. Business and Enterprise are quoted and require at least 30 and 50 active users respectively. Prices are also listed in US dollars and pounds sterling.
- Does Rydoo handle invoicing or bookkeeping?

Supplier invoice processing is available separately as the Semine by Rydoo accounts payable add-on.
- Which plan includes API access?

How we check reviews
Reviews are not published yet. The form on a tool's page works and reaches us, but nothing from it appears on this site, so no score here is based on a review. The rules below are the ones that will apply once reviews go live.
Every review is read by a person before it appears. We require a working email address and use it to come back to the author, so a review has a reachable sender rather than being anonymous. We publish positive and negative reviews alike, we pay nothing and offer nothing for a review, and we accept none that was bought or incentivised.
What we cannot do is verify a purchase. There is no shop here and no account, so whether the author really used the tool rests on what they tell us, plus the plausibility of what they write. We say so rather than implying a check that does not exist.
A vendor cannot have a review removed, cannot buy one, and cannot have one changed. Paid placement and a paid listing have no effect on which reviews appear or on any score.
