Overview
Search Atlas is a cloud SEO platform aimed at agencies and in-house marketing teams that want the research and the implementation in one place. Alongside keyword, backlink and site research, its OTTO SEO agent connects to a website and pushes changes live rather than listing them as tasks. It is sold in four plans billed per month or per year, each with a monthly budget of Universal Credits, and every plan starts with a 7-day trial.
Our take
Search Atlas makes sense when the bottleneck is getting fixes shipped rather than finding them, and you are willing to let software write to the live site. A team that only wants research data and keeps implementation with its own developers is better served by a research-first suite such as Semrush, Ahrefs or SE Ranking. Agencies should price the plan they would actually resell on, not the entry plan, because the gap between the two is large.

FAQ
- What is OTTO SEO?
- It is the Search Atlas agent that applies SEO changes to a website itself. You connect the site with the OTTO Pixel in the page header, through Cloudflare DNS, or through native connectors for WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, Shopify, Contentful and Duda, and OTTO then scans the site and deploys fixes from the dashboard.
- Does Search Atlas have an MCP server?
- Yes. Its API documentation describes an MCP server at mcp.searchatlas.com that exposes Search Atlas tools over JSON-RPC 2.0 in 21 scopes, authenticated with the same API key as the REST API.

How we check reviews
Reviews are not published yet. The form on a tool's page works and reaches us, but nothing from it appears on this site, so no score here is based on a review. The rules below are the ones that will apply once reviews go live.
Every review is read by a person before it appears. We require a working email address and use it to come back to the author, so a review has a reachable sender rather than being anonymous. We publish positive and negative reviews alike, we pay nothing and offer nothing for a review, and we accept none that was bought or incentivised.
What we cannot do is verify a purchase. There is no shop here and no account, so whether the author really used the tool rests on what they tell us, plus the plausibility of what they write. We say so rather than implying a check that does not exist.
A vendor cannot have a review removed, cannot buy one, and cannot have one changed. Paid placement and a paid listing have no effect on which reviews appear or on any score.
