Overview
Viggle animates a character image with motion taken from a video: a picture and a driving clip go in, and the character performs that movement in a finished MP4. Viggle LIVE maps a webcam feed onto a character image in real time. PINOC is the professional side of the same engine, reading motion out of footage or a prompt and writing FBX or GLB for the usual 3D applications. Everything is also reachable over an asynchronous API, billed per second or per request.
Our take
Viggle earns its place when the character has to stay the same person from the first frame to the last, which is the part conventional generators still get wrong and the part this model was built around. The consumer tools are a shop window for that; the value for anyone working seriously sits underneath, in an animation pipeline that exports into software an animator already uses and an API priced by the second instead of by the seat. Budgeting is the awkward part. Three sides of the product are sold three different ways and the amounts on the pricing page, the Viggle LIVE page and the PINOC page do not line up, so which ladder applies to a given feature is worth settling in the app before committing to it. Sound is the other thing to plan around, because nothing in the documentation describes generated or synced audio, so it stays a separate job downstream.
Key Facts
| Category | |
|---|---|
| Starting price | Free tier; Pro $7.99 / month The pricing page lists Pro at $7.99, Live at $15.99 and Max at $63.99 per month, with a 20 percent discount for yearly billing. The Viggle LIVE page names different monthly amounts for tiers of its own ($24.99 and $79.99) and PINOC lists a third ladder ($12.99 and $39.99), so which applies to a given feature is worth checking in the app. API use is billed separately, per second or per request. |
| Free trial | Free tier with 5 videos a day, plus 100 free credits for API developers |
| Commercial use | Paid plan required, as stated on the PINOC page |
| Output | MP4 video with an optional alpha channel; from PINOC, motion as FBX or GLB on a 65-bone Mixamo-named skeleton and characters as Gaussian splat PLY |

Features
- Inputs
- A character image (PNG, JPG or WebP) plus a driving motion video (MP4, MOV or WebM). A text prompt can replace the footage, with up to four motion variations per batch; a single photo produces a 3D character; an existing mesh can be uploaded for auto-rigging; and the MiniMax H3 model generates video from text alone
- Editing control
- Motion control transfers a motion onto a character, and preset tools cover face swap, dance, meme templates, sports highlights and image animation. In PINOC a motion retargets onto an existing rig and auto-rigging fits an uploaded mesh from a few guide markers, neither of which consumes credits. Output is plain MP4 for editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or any standard NLE
- Character and shot consistency
- The vendor's central claim, and the reason for the model: 100 percent frame-by-frame character consistency, with no flicker, structural collapse or distortion to clean up by hand. Characters and motions are saved as reusable assets and referenced across renders, so the same character returns identically in a later job
- Audio and lip-sync
- Not documented. The tools and the API describe video output with an optional alpha channel and carry no generated audio and no lip-sync; the only mention of sound is an audio sync offset of 1500 to 2500 milliseconds in OBS, to compensate for the delay in Viggle LIVE
- Generation speed
- Character generation from video runs in roughly a minute, and the vendor describes renders finishing in seconds to minutes against the hours a rigging and keyframing pipeline would take. Viggle LIVE has a stated one to two second delay between a movement and the animated output. Concurrency is capped by plan, from one generation at a time on the free tier to ten on the top tier
- API
- Yes, Viggle API V1. Characters, Motions and Renders are separate resources with their own IDs, so an asset is built once and reused; renders are asynchronous and polled until the status reaches ready. Keys come from the dashboard. Billing is per unit: $0.01 per character per output second for a video remix, $0.01 per character created, $0.05 per source second for Motion 3D, $0.01 per generated second for H3 video and $0.11 flat per Viggle-Animate request, with failed or cancelled jobs not charged

Pros and Cons
Strengths
- Frame-to-frame character consistency is what the model was built for, not a setting to tune
- PINOC exports motion as FBX or GLB on a Mixamo-named skeleton for Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Unreal Engine and Unity
- Usage-based API with published per-unit rates, reusable character and motion assets, and no charge for failed jobs
- Viggle LIVE swaps a character onto a live webcam feed and routes it into OBS, Streamlabs, Twitch, YouTube and Zoom
Limitations
- Three parts of the product are priced on three different pages and the amounts do not agree
- No generated audio and no lip-sync is documented, so sound stays a separate step
- Commercial use requires a paid plan
- The free tier's watermark policy differs between the pricing page and the tools FAQ

No reviews yet. Nothing has been published here yet, and no score is shown. How a review is checked before it appears is described below.
How we check reviews
Reviews are not published yet. The form on a tool's page works, and a review reaches us as soon as its author confirms it, but nothing from it appears on this site, so no score here is based on a review. The rules below are the ones that will apply once reviews go live.
Before sending, the author has to confirm three things: that they have used the product themselves, that they work neither for the vendor nor for a competitor, and that nobody is paying them for the review. We also ask whether the vendor invited them to write it. That answer is required, either answer is accepted, and it stays with the review.
Every review is read by a person before it appears. An email address is required and is confirmed: we send a link to it, and a review does not reach us until the author opens that link, so a review has a sender who was reachable at least once rather than being anonymous. Where what somebody writes needs backing, we ask them for evidence that they used the product, and a review that does not get it is not published. We publish positive and negative reviews alike, we pay nothing and offer nothing for a review, and we accept none that was bought or incentivised.
What we cannot do is verify a purchase. There is no shop here and no account, so whether the author really used the tool rests on their own declaration, on whatever we ask them for, and on the plausibility of what they write. We say so rather than implying a check that does not exist.
A vendor cannot buy a review, and cannot have one removed or changed because they dislike it. We remove or edit a review only if it breaks our rules or the law, for example a false statement of fact. Paid placement has no effect on which reviews appear or on any score.
