Overview
Zoho Social is the social media management tool in the Zoho suite. It schedules and publishes across thirteen networks using a publishing calendar and SmartQ, which suggests the times a brand's audience is most active, while a monitoring dashboard tracks mentions and brand reviews. Reporting offers custom reports and scheduled delivery, and Zia, the AI assistant, drafts and rephrases posts. Its distinguishing strength is the Zoho ecosystem: the higher plans connect to Zoho CRM for lead generation and to Zoho Desk for turning social messages into tickets.
Our take
This is an easy choice for a business already living in Zoho and a much harder one outside it, because the argument for picking it over a standalone scheduler is that a comment can turn into a lead or a support ticket without anyone copying anything across, and that argument disappears when the CRM and the helpdesk belong to someone else. The tier that carries those links is not the one most people start on, so a team buying it for that reason should price the upper plan from the outset. Read the plan limits before the feature list: this product counts brands and team members rather than seats, which is generous for a single-brand team and an abrupt step up for the second brand, where a per-seat tool would have charged nothing extra. As a plain publishing and listening tool it is competent rather than distinctive, and worth comparing on price alone if nothing else in the suite is in use.

How we check reviews
Reviews are not published yet. The form on a tool's page works and reaches us, but nothing from it appears on this site, so no score here is based on a review. The rules below are the ones that will apply once reviews go live.
Every review is read by a person before it appears. We require a working email address and use it to come back to the author, so a review has a reachable sender rather than being anonymous. We publish positive and negative reviews alike, we pay nothing and offer nothing for a review, and we accept none that was bought or incentivised.
What we cannot do is verify a purchase. There is no shop here and no account, so whether the author really used the tool rests on what they tell us, plus the plausibility of what they write. We say so rather than implying a check that does not exist.
A vendor cannot have a review removed, cannot buy one, and cannot have one changed. Paid placement and a paid listing have no effect on which reviews appear or on any score.
